Lakeside Dreams is a spacious resort cabin located on beautiful Nolin Lake in the Mammoth Cave region of Kentucky. We are open for vacation rentals year-round. This 1200 sq. ft. cabin has 3 Br., 2 ½ baths (master bath completely renovated in 2007), a fully equipped kitchen (completely renovated in 2007: new custom oak cabinets and tile floor), living room with sofa, 60" big screenTV, VCR/DVD combo, and central heat & air. There is a 20 X26 patio porch with gas grill and picnic table overlooking Nolin Lake. All that you need to bring is food and lake towels!!

On Nolin Lake you are able to enjoy swimming, skiing and fishing.  There is a boat ramp less than ¼ mile away and a boat slip in front of the cottage.   Other activities nearby include cave tours, spelunking, museums, golf, hiking, horseback riding, shopping and live theatre.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

• All guests must be registered, including day guests
• Deposits are due within 5 days after phone reservation is made.
  - A deposit of 1 night rental is required for stays up to 2 nights.
  - A deposit of 2 nights rental is required for stays of 3 nights or more.
  - Upon arrival deposit money will go towards rental minus $100, which will be held for damage deposit.  This deposit will be refunded in full within 10 days of your departure provided the cottage is found to be in satisfactory condition.
• Two-night minimum rental is required, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends.
• Rent is due in advance in the form of Travelers Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order.

PERSONAL CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE

• Check-in is 3:00 pm Central Time.
• Check-out is 11:00 noon Central Time.
• CANCELLATIONS for reservations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive any refund.
• ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
• SINGLES UNDER THE AGE OF 25 may not rent a unit unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian DURING THEIR ENTIRE STAY.
• MAID SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED.
• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
• NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
